★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a frame in sept 2018,claimed 'unbreakable glass's by vendor
, by October fibres started coming out of glass,poor quality,replaced after quarreling a lot.
Again the glass broke by trivial impact..not even fall/bending.
Again went to shop,vendor misbehaved..and said he won't replace it ..
'aap Ko Jo karna hai Kar lo'
Very bad quality ,service and customer respect.
Pls don't buy from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look like descent but be careful. Chor hai shop owner Arora sahab. Took more then seven thousand for my mom and my glasses. Installed local 500 Rs.. lenses in the frames. I can not see clearly. For this cost I can get crizal lenses.. kindly check online price before go to shop. For me it's a bad experience in my home place chandigarh. In the future I wanted to buy more glasses from this shop but I never will go back to this shop again.. totally un happy... Cheaters...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience ! Purchased Lizal progressive lenses on titan frame worth Rs 12k in total , delivered on time but lenses got scratched after 3-4 months . Requested to replace or at least give me guarantee card but I was denied both ! I do have bill and thinking to sue him under consumer protect act !
Very poor business approach & unprofessional conduct!
