If bus is your preferred option, this isn't a bad option but book sleepers as they are a bit comfortable. Chair seats are not at all good.
At the price point this is just fine. Mostly they are on time but in my case they are 2hrs late. As they doesn't halt in between, it's a not stop bus, thus it will give you severe headache in the end.
One advise keep train as your first choice.

There is no proper time of any of their bus is fixed they will make you so late untill their buses are not full even though their promised timing.
Don’t waste your money and please try to find bus by proper review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst bus journeys of my life so far. Travelled from New Delhi to Amritsar and by mistake I booked it online. Upon entering it was stinking, no punctuality, they were halting every now and then. Think 100 times before you book with them and even then don’t.
