★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with this travel agency regarding my Schengan Visa Process. They kept delaying the process of fixing an appointment for me, reason being 'they forgot'. And when I pressured them to take the appointment over phone, I was told appointment is succesfully made and I even received an email which was a big relief. I was also told that my visa application form and travel insurance is being done. Friday I get the appointment and was told all of the above. Rest all documents I prepared my self and these people didnt even pick up the documents from home (as promised earlier for checking) and just verified over phone..which was still fine until Sunday night. The visa agent calls me to confirm if I have filled up the application form, I was out of my mind then. How can they do such a mistake and assume I am going to fill it up when I was told they are doing it. I have my appointment next morning 9.30 am and sunday night I am being told all of this. Irresponsibility at its peak. He asks me if I can get the print outs done. After some time, he tells me he will get all done and send someone to the VFS before my appointment time. Monday Morning, till 10am, no one turns up and the reason they give is, that the concerned person hasnt reached our office yet, he will leave in a while. What the hell!! I was already late, had no visa application form. I had to rush and get things printed and then I finally went for my visa procedure. Utterly irresponsible people. If there was an option, I would have given negative stars.
