★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero ? for this branch.I'm even giving one star because it is not possible to post without it.The employees are target oriented and do not care about the customers once their targets are fulfilled.Employees ignore phone calls. One should either leave this branch or the bank. On phone calls, we are informed that the employees are in meeting but if you visit the branch, you find out that most of the employees are sitting idle. I do not prefer to mention the name but one employee once commented that "Jitne paise mileage utna hi to kaam karenge.I do not need any clarifications about this. If you want a good reputation then kindly do better or improve yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I went to this branch for two reasons:
1. Want to pay credit card balance amount as I was unable to pay through my app
2. After payment I want to close this credit card
Staff who entertained me started making fun of me by saying I am not clear what I want to do. He said I am not listening to him carefully in harsh tone. I went there to rectify my issue as phone banking customer care was not of much help so thought of visiting branch. Also that employee complain about me to his other colleague.
Yes, you read it correct. For the first time bank person is complaining about customer to his colleague.

Very bad staff behavior..
I went to this branch for neft
First of all i was misguided about some signature information and after half n hour i got a call from branch that my request cannnot be processed because of the same reason.
I Will close this account as soon as possible.
