★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst decision of my life was going ahead with Arrivae. Not only do they charge 2 to 10 times the market rate but also they will provide the worst possible service that can be made available.
They will act like your best friends until you have paid them the money. From then on the designer, the manager and everyone else will start showing their true colors. They do absolutely nothing by themselves except for making customer's life hell. For every service they have vendors who are as bad or worse than they are.
The worst part - They will lie blatantly. They will make certain promises during designing stage.
They will make you sign their drawings, details of which a normal consumer would not know. Later post delivery, when you find certain items missing they will say that it's as per drawing. A typical cheating case of concealing information with technicalities.
Paint job at my home is so pathetic that I would have been better off doing it by myself (and I cant even hold the brush steady). Funny part is that their vendor himself would agree that there is lack of competency but nobody would do nothing about it.
Half the electric sockets in my home doesnt work after the electrical job. The electrician has put 15 Amp socket where 5 Amp socket should be. Profile lights have wires hanging around them all over. A local naka electrician would do a better job than their electrician.
By god's grace I made a good decision early on to not give the complete work to them and use another local vendor so that the work gets completed on time. Thats how I know the difference in work quality and work ethics. And ofcourse they will not deliver ontime.
If you had time to to read until here, do yourself a favor and save multiple hours of headache and heartburn by ditching Arrivae.
