★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the posh hospital in Gurgaon. You'll find some residence to stay near the hospital. You have to come here by Delhi Int' Airport if you want to come by Air. The service is good here. There are a lot of well recognised doctor here. The costing is definitely at the higher side. Please go through the help desk for your convenience and easy go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really good experience at Artemis Gurgaon . I Would like to thank Dr. Renu Sehgal and her team for taking great care of my spouse through out her treatment. Very dedicated and helpful staff. Also the charges for medical procedure were very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best oncology head - avoid at all costs. Pretty egotistic with a condescending attitude towards patients and attendants.
Callously treats patients for blood cancer
Hospital staff are pretty ageist including the doctors.
One nurse even got in to a loud argument with me in the ICU!
Blood bank makes you more stressed and day care transfusion is noisy and busy but still okay as the nurses there are good.
Bills aren’t clear as you don’t know what’s used on a daily basis - they just add it all up!
Administration is good - if you have a senior contact.
Typical busy hospital in India with more regard for money than patient care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better hospitals in Gurgram, albeit with enough fleecing of patients. Parking is a nightmare. Don’t know why authorities have allowed it without any parking? Hand in glove. Also, the police is ready to pick cars parked outside. Poor patients at receiving end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I ever have experienced. The hospital is only concerned about money making by surgery. The post surgery treatment is worst. No one cares about patient. Also the surgery is not done by the Doctors as mentioned and charged in bills but his subordinates only. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Even the nursing staffs are not trained. Doctors hardly bother to visit since they have already earned good money by surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a hospital, it is a slaughterhouse, doctors keep intimidating the patient's family all the time, have made a means of robbing money, not for the common people, only elders can get treatment in it, the bed rent of thousands of rupees is overall normal People can't afford. The condition of all the big hospitals of Gurgaon is bad, they rob people legally, keep postponing and get their treatment done in small hospitals only.
