★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want proper medication dont go to fortis even in VIP ward.
Admin is poor slow. Nurses and staff are lazy. Everyday fay u have to fight on some or the other topic. My father was there for almost 15 days. Earlier we have to fight as no one was visiting and the medicines were not given on time. Everyday you can here one or the other attendant fighting over medicines.
Even while taking discharge we have to fight a lot and from 4 Pm it took 8 hrs for the billing and we left hospital at 1 am in the morning.

During lockdown, I have visited the facility and observed that, services were as per COVID guidelines and standard.
Lots of international patients were also there and seems it is very famous globally because lots of outside India families are using this for the treatment of their loved one.
All doctors and nursing staff are very professional and experienced.
One can find it expensive but the way they deliver service or treatment counter those things.
