★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just making money, they don't care anything else, just making fool, doctor written 100 MG injection, but the staff has given 200MG to the patient, I will suggest to all never visit, Fortis, attached the proof FYI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortis Hospital comes at number 21 among the best hospitals. The doctors of this hospital are very nice. The environment of this hospital is good. This hospital has cafeteria, swimming pool, international lounge, garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, even after taking appointment we had to wait for 45 minutes to consult with doctor. No one bother to even update us how long it will take. After checking with help desk they started shouting that they hav lot of patience whom all they will update.
Really bad experience, will not recommend to vist this hospital at least this is my last time.
My opinion is is better to visit some other please where they value others time also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is good. But every staff not taking their responsibility. My experience- first of all it's an too much expensive hospital you can get same treatment in 75% lesser amount. I would recommend you not to go for normal treatment here. Admission process is too slow and feel like government hospitals like go there and go there like that. I was came @9:30 and admission was completed @6:30 pm. We were here for spinal surgery. Food is super expensive as like these are last food of the earth. After surgery no one is taking care for the patient until you call 4-5 times. In our case I called directly to doctor after 4-5 times reminder to on duty nursing staff there.
Really disappointed of the care of patients.
I do the 3 star for doctors but for staff of will give only 1. We are here due to patient but if patient need help and no one is taking care then I say you did zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rely on this hospital for appointment time. I was given an appointment for 10:30am and I was finally able to meet the doctor after 2.5 hours of endless waiting at 1pm. Neither the doctors nor the management care about patient's condition or urgency. No thought on how much a person must have travelled and suffered for treatment. Just selfish motives - keep giving them heaps of cash and then go to govt. hospital for actual treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No room available ever! Patient is made to run after the bed manager, who is also never available, go to the concierge to complain or help with admission, concierge also not available! Try to get admitted here and you'll go through hell. No customer service at all... If you have a choice between here and anyother place... Choose the other place.
