★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Very much satisfied. The Dr is easily available.. gives sufficient time.... listens to you calmly which I think every patient desires. He's advised very few medicines and many dietary changes.... which was really so nice of him. Thanks Dr Bansal because I am really cured of my problem. Would suggest to all my friends to visit Dr Pradeep Bansal if needed. -

My dad was scheduled for his kidney stones surgery today. Pradeep Bansal gave time of 6:00 am in morning. We showed up right at 6:00 and there was not even a single attendant to look after the patient. The doctor did not even showed up till 11:00 himself. My dad was asked to be on proper fasting for around six hours before surgery(the surgery that was supposed to take place between 6 to 8:30 in morning). Not even a single wardboy/girl came to inform that doctor has nkt arrived so surgery woukd be late. My father is 60 years old. Poor man was hunger striked for more than 12 hours without any reason. Moreover, Pradeep Bansal wrote a lot of initial tests when we first came in to diagnose. He did nit even bother to look at the test reports but CT scan.... There were 10 other tests done as prescribed by him which he did not even bothered to look at.one of the tests could not be done because the person was nkt available. He talked to someone on ohone in front of me that this is causing loss of revenue to hospital. He was not at all concerned about whether the test was important to patient. He just looted us of 20k for useless tests. Today he did not even knew he has a surgery scheduled between 6-8:30. I myself had to go and ask him whats taking him so long. Then also, the surgery was not performed that day saying dad got high bp inOT. Around 3 nurses came before they took him to OT to check BP. Everytime he was normal. Then ultimately to make more money they did his heart tests and delayed the surgery without any reason. They are just making money trying to make people stay longer. Thats it. Hospital staff pathetic. Nobody showed up after multiple calls in the hospital room. Worst experience . Will never suggest anyone to either this doc or fortis. Very bad behaviour and overall experience. Will never prefer fortis ever. We ended up not getting my dad operated there as we could neitjer trust the doctir nor his staff . They are pathetic. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic doctor to consult. He recommends a 100 useless tests and CT scan for no reason - but just to make money. And recommends operation for a stone as small as 5mm for no reason at all. Either this doctor is not educated or just too greedy to not give sincere advise to his patients. I would not recommend to go to him for stones specially.
He is putting the hospitals image in drain!!
Worst of all - he said everyone is going to have Covid one day, so we shouldn't consider that as a problem! - did not expect a doctor to say this!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor was recommended by another doctor but taking his treatment was the worst decision. He doesnt care about the patients,only about the money. I took online consultation and paid him ₹1500 as fee. He was in a hurry while talking to the patient and ordered an ultrasound. When we sent him the ultrasound report the next morning he didn't respond for 4 days. I sent him many messages and called him many times to get the conclusions of the ultrasound report that he ordered. After 5 days he replied and then asked for another 1500 if we wanted to know what was in the report. He is greedy as well as cunning. Although we had consulted another doctor after this but would recommend you to not to go to him
