★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the time is right you meet the right person , may be this is part of destiny . I firmy believe this after l had an aggravated injury due to damage of inserted steel rod in my right arm. I met a couple of doctors and then l met Dr Milind Tanwar at Arthocentre who adviced to get a rectification operation.The way Dr Milind adviced me to go for another operation and the depth of his knowledge is highly rated. He adviced to replace the rod with a titanium plate for a better grip was commendable. He explained all the complications and cleared all the doubts. It was a total 4 hour long highly complicated operation which was successful and post operation care was great. After the operation l am now able to lift my hand at 90 degree which earlier seemed to be impossible.Post operation his follow up with patient is a thing that l earlier missed.
I firmly believe that doctor is another name of God. His motivation and caring behaviour towards patient is appreciable and unparalleled. I wish good luck to Dr milind and want him to be more successful. May God bless Dr. Milind in every way.
I will be always grateful to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend anyone to visit Dr Milind. I had this internal shoulder injury which was giving me hard time for 4-5 months . Dr Milind was able to diagnose it correctly and I feel much better after 3 weeks now.

09Dec19 for wrist drop (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome + Radial Nerve Palsy);
17Mar20 for mild body pain (casual consultation to negate Covid19 before lockdown); and
05Aug21 for spine disc pain (for second review after consulting other specialties' doctors).
Basis my three visits, I am more of his fan than his patient now. Too bad, Google doesn't allow more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. He is anyways more like the moon when you are in darkness regarding orthopedic matters. May be one can compare him to the Sharad Poornima full moon ?tonight 19Oct21, revered in Hindu religion for health benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tanwar is a wholistic practititoner. It took him seconds to give an accurate diagnosis followed by explaining the root cause behind it. He also gave me sound advice regarding posture and rehabilitation exercise. He takes keen interest and is invested in his patients' recovery. A bonus is his extremely affable personality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sports injury of knee problem nicely treated by Dr Tanwar and he is very soft spoken and given nice hearing in details . One mores thing to add he specially asked me to do physiotherapy from any of the centre in Gurgaon despite they are having good therapy centre .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted Dr. Milind some time back for my wrist injury that was persisting since February this year. Before reaching out to him, I consulted a lot of other doctors as well but noone was able to diagnose my problem.
Dr. Milind not only helped diagnose the problem but also told me the why and how of it. One of the only doctors who also gave me directions and suggested what rehab exercises I should go for.

I must say he is one of the best doctors in Gurgaon. He is Very polite and his diagnosis is perfect and explain you in deatils. Highly recommended for all Artho and sports injuries. God Bless Him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Dr. Tanwar twice one for knee pain in 2018 and other for cervical problem in 2021. The way he treats the patients is amazing. He listens to your problem with patience and then provides you appropriate resolution of the problem. He is very down to earth personality and a good human. i visited many ortho doctors in gurugram but no doctor was able to figure out my knee problem even after MRI. Hatts off to Dr. Tanwar who identified my problem only with physical examination and provided me the solution. Finally i got rid of knee pain.
