★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching for a while for a perfect Salon (and getting my hairs Butchered by some unseemly salons in the process lol) I feel like I found a Permanent match with Artisans. I felt right at home when I first visited. The Manager was really helpful and coherent and gave me some good suggestions for my hair style (Since i have shoulder length hair) I even took my mother there who apparently is very apprehensive about visiting new places to get anything done but Alas! She loved it there. Definitely would come again and again. I just love how professional yet at the same time how friendly everyone there is. Congrats Artisans! You've got a new Permanent customer. Keep up the good work Y'all!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I just got my eyebrows done but it was literally the worst experience. The lady there ruined my eyebrows which is quite hard to get fixed and on confronting that she didn't even accept her fault. She kept saying that it was because of the natural shape of my eyebrows but its not like I was getting it done for the 1st time. And I couldn't get a proper response from the lady on reception either when I told her about my bad experience. Trust me I am never visiting the place. NEVER.
