★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing great about the store. Instead they run the worst loyalty scheme.
The scheme is- Spend INR 20K in 3 months & get INR 1500 worth goods free(selective range).
It looks good on the face of it? Yes, it does. But hang on!! Post completion of the offer period, the user gets 3 days to buy the 1500 free products. If you work on weekdays & can’t go to store, too bad. They don’t care. Scheme started on a Monday & closed on a Friday. A user spent 20K in 3 months.. so what. It was to happen any ways.
I mean, a loyalty program that is expected to retain users is actually designed for the benefit of the store only. Customer, effectively, is not the king here while the store indeed is a kingdom.

Most of the Grocery and food items are available here.
Staff is untrained and use of technology is missing.
Probably since it is there new opening you won't find bar code machine and Point of sale (POS) available in the store and hence it increases your shopping and waiting time..
Not much is done to keep social distancing inside the store as very less space is available for movement and no buddy is there to guide for social distancing.
They are offering carry bags that's a good thing but the quality of carry bags is very poor it will torn apart if you have purchased large amount of product quantity.
No customized bill is in place you will get a receipt like old style hand written on bill book page.
Probably things will better with the time as this is the review of their very first day opening.
People here are good by heart and will assist you if you ask , they are polite and well behaved starting from the gaurd till the owners.
