★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost its charm since opening. I was surprised to learn that they charge 4% extra on sodoxo pass where as the competitor next door I.e modern bazaar charges no extra charge on sodoxo. The boys working there does not understand sabudana or sengdana its only namaste best they can do. I think in comparison to next door competitor they need to improve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop. The staff is exceptionally friendly and will guide you very carefully. The rates of commodities are okayish. No substantial discounts are offered though. parking is hard to find in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stocks good quality and a wide variety grocery products, staff is polite and helpful. One star less because the access stairs are very steep and although there is an alternate access by lift, only regular customers are aware of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has so many products that it was jam packed. It felt like walking in chandni chowk. What made matters worse were the employees who were not at all friendly and following around as if you are a thief. Having huge item lists is always good but should have place to put them as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible shop. The staff are thieves of first category. The person at the billing is a crook. While I have caught them twice; First time, they billed me with wrong tags on vegetables while I trusted them and did not see what bar code they are generating. Once a checked the bill and the bar code pasted on the bag of vegetable, I found wrong item code and amount charged from me. I was surprised since their was a gap of INR 75 and asked them to refund while going back to them again on the same day. They were very reluctant but on my insisting and getting the bill checked, they had to refund the amount which these guys never wanted. On the Second time, they gave me torn pack of biscuits to which I did not notice while buying. After I came home, saw the torn packet, decided to go again and this time the person at the billing strongly detested with a very rude tone and said that it was not from their store. I showed him the invoice still he did not agree. I then left the packet without taking my money back . It was very awkward and the attitude was unbearable.
Will never advise anyone to go at this store. And if at all anyone buys items, please check the billing and specially the bar code on the vegetable bags.
