★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy to share my experience regarding the services that I have been receiving from Aruna hospital, extremely caring staff, Dr. Lalitha is one of the most humane person that I have ever come across, I strongly recommend Aruna hospital, The feel is not at all of hospital atmosphere, it's truly homely.

Lalitha doc is very polite and she is so supportive from day 1. She is very much commited to work and takes most care about her patients.
I found quality of treatment is very much impressive.
Staff is so supportive and they strive to attend the requirements of patients.
Cleanliness is highly maintained in all the areas of hospital.
It's been one of the most trustworthy and hygiene hospital in tumkur

?? You get what you need in a very perfect manner.
?? consultations are worthy enough for the waiting period
?? Dr.Lalitha and Dr. Sourabha are very professional,kind hearted and caring towards the patients. They clear and help in all your pregnancy hurdles . I heartily thank them.
??Coming to delivery : admission process take place swiftly with all the explanations before taking the admission it may be insurance etc,.
The ward selected is clean and hygienic.
?? My intention was to get our baby in a healthy condition,and that happend with all the support of medical and non medical staff.
Suggestions to improve
? Throw some light on canteen condition, its bad and can be improved if interested.
? When card payments are acceptable , why not UPI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aruna hospital Tumkur is the best hospital in Tumkur for obstetrics.Dr.Lalita is a very experienced obstetrician and gynecologist.When I first came to Aruna hospital i was guided in each and every step by the staff members. Dr.Lalita explained about the nature of treatment and steps in detail.I liked the approach and i continued the treatment there.I am very happy with the service.Thank you Dr.Lalita and staff of Aruna Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are polite but staff nurse are behaving like as if they are owner of the hospital and they treat to the patient as slaves, particularly who are working in injection/ECG department. I never seen this type of behavior in any hospital. I would suggest Aruna hospital need to give proper training to the staff nurse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have personally visited Aruna hospital for various purpose. I have consulted surgeon, orthopedician, physician, Gynaecologists for various reasons.
One can make an appointment with the doctors via phone call or in person. While taking the appointment, receptionist will let you know about the approximate waiting time and the time doctor will be avaialble at the hospital. This had worked with me all the times. Quality of the doctors at Arun hospital is high. They analyse the problem by well, recommened required blood or urine tests and then they provide with right medicines if required.
They have a very good lab facility as well. Tests are done at reasonable price and quick with accurate results. For example during peak covid time that is Jan 2022 many laboratories were charging 2500 INR for RT-PCR test. But at Aruna hospital it was 800 INR and the results were avaialble within a day time.
Staff and nurses at every department were very friendly. Wards are very well maintained.
Dr.Lalitha strives hard to provide a very good healthcare system at reasonable price. I must say that this is one of the best hospitals in Tumkur. I highly recommend this hospital anytime like be it during emergency situations, to handle women related issues, surgery and regular healthcare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aruna hospital is undoubtedly the BEST hospital. I have chosen this hospital for my child birth and the entire process went very smoothly right from the checkups till the delivery. Dr. Lalitha Mam is very certain, supportive and the staff is very cooperative. Hospital is maintained very clean and one will certainly feel home like atmosphere. I am very much satisfied with this hospital. If anyone is looking for quality in treatment just opt this one without any second thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll need a token to consult the doctors here. Token will be provided at 8.30 in the morning and you'll have to come and wait since 7.30 am as number of tokens given away per day are limited. Token costs like ₹250 something.
Waiting for the doctors to arrive is the worst part of all. Nobody in the reception tells you when the doctor is gonna come. I was told to come at 10 am and doctor arrived at 1.30 in the noon.
Hospital is kept really clean and diagnosis was done quite well. They charge hefty amount which is same with all private hospitals. It is a government recognised private hospital for medical reimbursement for state government employees.
