We had to exchange this and beared a loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are hundreds of good jewelry shops in Bhubaneswar, and very few would provide the services the way Arundhati jewellers provide, very much impressed by the support staffs, had visited yesterday to buy some stuff, the support staff showed designs patiently which helped me in choosing correct piece of ear tops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer care. They only show care till you purchase and give them money, after that, they will harass like anything. They had blackened an ornament I purchased from them, my mom gave them to shine, after they took now they are not returning it. Since 15 days they are saying we don't know when it will be back. Someone needs to drag these frauds to consumer court. I seriously doubt gold that they sell. Never ever purchasing anything from here. Complete frauds, stay away
