★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missionaries of Charity, established by Mother Teresa, has come forward to take care of sick and dying destitute and mentally ill women who are wandering on the streets and have no family in Odisha.
The State government, which was looking for an option for housing these women, recently got confirmation from the Missionaries of Charity for accepting these women. In a letter addressed to all 30 district collectors, Women and Child Development (WCD) Department Secretary Arti Ahuja said, “it has been felt for a long time that there is dearth of facilities for taking care of destitute women that are mentally ill as this requires a different approach and levels of care compared to destitute women who are not mentally ill.”

The sisters are nice in heart and giving their service to the mankind who really need help. A must visit to the place , it is near Big Bazar, Satya Nagar, just go in the road in the left side while entering from Janpath road, opposite side of Big Bazar.
