★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This arunodaya travels is so well organized and had a wonderful experience .We took the service for 5day trip for mangalore on 15th and 19th march 2022 with friends.
1st I would like to say Thanks to a driver is extremely good and has great driving skill. He is so flexible and I felt it was so easy to interact with him.and he know three to four languages
The TT was clean and neat with good music system. The travel experience was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abdul was very professional, he can speak 4-5 languages, vehicle maintained very well and gives you a luxury, I traveled with my family .. he was very helpful in handling old people ,, safe driver follows all measures,he is well aware of all routes and his suggestions made us explore good sighting places .. on the whole you can trust and experience a good holiday.. I give 10 out of 10 for the service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Outstation arunodayaCabs company. Our cab was clean and driver Prashanth was polite, courteous and knew the route without any trouble. On time pickup from Bangalore Airport. Helped us to find the best cottage in Ooty. Mysore Overall extremely happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly avoid taking services from this travels ans shouldn't even be your last option.i believe they don't have any own vehicles and purely depend kn attach vehicle which means they zero control over the vehicles / service.Yeah!! It all started with a big mistake i made booking an ac tt for my trip to sabarimalla over my regular provider .Yes the operator did share a mix of the images before I selected the worst of the worst from what was shared .I understand we won't get newer vehicles due to the pandemic and was okay to take 5 yr old as my experience with other vehicles of this duration have been great in this past !! The vehicle was absolutely a bizarre other than looking good from outside the seats were dirty n worn out some of the recliner weren't working ,ac not working from 3rd day though we didn't use it much the 1st 2 days,the driver was stubborn n all by himself the driving depends on his mood.This travels was pretty weird rules like speed limit though logic was valid it didn't make much sense which i haven't heard in all my years of travelling in TT both local and outstation, I feel the the travel operator lacked the understanding of driving fast and rash. The driver was extremely rude especially the last day of the trip yes we did make a mistake of not stopping for dinner at the right time in the need for the right restaurant which was closed by the time we reached ,this irked the driver n he drove back to TN border immediately after crossing it a few mins ago, we insisted multiple times that we will arrange it in banglore but he just parked the vehicle in the border and walked to have dinner leaving us in middle.of.the night... it wasn't like we had a scumptous meal n left him starve..we too had our meals or tea same the driver did .the attitude was absolutely rude never seen this sort of a driver in any of our trips for so many decades. The travel operator should train their drivers with some basic discipline,conduct and personal hygenie i appreciate the driver not wearing slippers since its holy trip but lacks key discipline and etiquette as a driver.I wanted to write a lot but this travel operator isn't worth my time !!!
Please avoid this agent there are lot of great service providers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I discussed the price of 17/KM for a tempo traveler. They raised it to 18/KM in a week citing increase in diesel price - I still confirmed that I will be traveling. Finally, when I asked for the payment details for paying advance they raised the price to 19/KM without any reason.
Shameful. I feel lucky that I didn't travel with them, else they would have raised the price further even after paying.
There are multiple other options available. Please go for them even if you have to pay a premium - this one is truly not worth it.

3 to 4 languages he help me to carry our laggege to room,well behaviour thanks to arunodaya cabs
