★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab service in banglore.. Booked cab before 24 hours but the company had Cancelled my booking before 1 hour of departure time.. How irresponsible and fake services are being provided by Deepam cabs.. Don't ever try to book cabs from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service!. My flight was getting delayed and I called them up to reschedule the pickup twice and they happily did the same without charging anything extra. The customer care is fantastic, they are easily available on call and chat. The other best thing I found was the cab was available on time ever after rescheduling and the driver was easily available and took us to the desired place.

The driver was right on time, kind and easy-to-communicate with. The car was clean and comfortable. The pricing was competitive and clear.
Overall, we had an hassle-free experience using Deepam Cabs/Taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. Spolied my entire Bangalore to Rameshwaran trip. No resolution and alternative cab was provided. I scheduled a cab at 8 PM. driver told he will come at 8 but in the evening at 8 PM he called and told that he will come at 9:30 PM, At 9:30 PM he told that sir I can't come because my AC is not working. Now you can feel the pain of trusing these people. I called customer care and told the story but no proper response. they told they will call me but I never received call after that. I wouid suggest don't rely on these people they can spoil your entire trip.
