★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Tempo Traveller for my Coorg trip with family and from the very beginning the trouble started. First the vehicle details shared with me never arrived which is unacceptable for me, rather a different one arrived which not even near what I was promised. Didn't received any support when we complained immediately. Then the driver started his tantrum and showed attitude like he is the doing a big favor to us by driving the vehicle. He also manipulated the odometer and set a higher kms than we travelled. He also took the liberty to add his food bill in all the restaurants we stopped. Received very less support from the manager as well. Being an International tourist I had expected more from such a highly rated rental cab service. I will recommend to look for other options.
Very very unprofessional and rude arrogant behaviour by Driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have hidden charges. Please check how they calculate total fare in the end. They charge you more than you have to pay. Unprofessional and rude. Drivers are reckless. Will keep you pray for your life in the entire journey. Stay safe. I think all other reviews are fake.

I could not Express my gratitud that i had a important meeting with my clints so no other cabs came forward in this pandamic . It's so nice that they were able to do this for me . I received the cab from your team . Thank you for this gesture due to this kindness of your i could attend the meeting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unprofessional service, A/C did not work during the trip and inspite of agreeing with the vendor, was not deducting the money for the same. Worst is - resorts to Rowdy-ism to extort the money. Very rude behavior - felt unsafe as kids & ladies were traveling alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic taxi service, I had airport pickup early morning at 4am, driver was late by 10mins and driver did not pick me up at my house, driver was far away from my pickup, on the phone driver was extremely rude unprofessional and wanted me to walk to his cab. Driver charged extra money more than what quick cabs had asked me to pay. This is worst cab service in bengaluru. Due to this absolutely waste criminal driver I will report the case to police.
