★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab service..Very rude drivers ..No one picks call in call centre..The driver keeps u waiting for 30 mins and when u raise the issue with customer care there is nothing they can do.. Pathetic and highly unsafe..I wish there was negative star then I would have given that...""SAVE URSELF DONT HiRE CAB HERE"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no professionalism. Booked for sedan but got an old hatchback. They don't even have the courtesy to call and inform about the change in car. Also driver made several calls while driving which is not expected. The company needs to value passenger's life atleast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked cab from deepak taxi on 24th night around 11:55pm and I got confirmation message.
When I arrived at airport then I called to deepam taxi customer support for getting the details of driver then they informed me that they are sending the driver details.
Even after ten minutes I didn't get any message the I called again to customer support then they informed me that cabs are not available.
What kind of service they are maintaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would start by saying I would not even give a 1 star if I had the choice. Here's what happened..
I had called and booked a can for airport with deepam cabs and they told that driver will call before the actual time which I have opted for. I received the driver details via text as well as email. When I did not receive any call from the driver I called the driver and to my surprise the driver told me that he is on a different duty and have not received any information about my trip. He told he can't do anything and asked me to call the helpline number which I called multiple times and till today there's no response on the call centre number. This is the worst service I have come across, they don't respond to any queries the drivers are not aware of what trip or which customer they are catering to. There's no communication what so ever to the customer if there's any issues or update they will leave you hanging when you need them to be responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, confirmed booking cancelled at the pickup time in the middle of night. Reason given was cab not available, my question is if the company does Not have the capacity to provide cab, then why confirm the booking. Not a trustworthy company to book cab from airport. Beware.

I booked taxi 3 days back and received mail from them with Fixed rate , 2 hr back just getting taxi at airport, got call from Deepam Taxi that will not serve you at priced in which we confirmed your booking, now you have to pay Rs 200 extra and its technical fault from Deepam taxi side.
When I said, I want to talk to your senior they said not possible.
Simple, don't go with such a incompetent taxi service company, else they leave you in the middle of your journey >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
