★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional attitude. I opted for pick and drop facility for 2nd service. While returning from service center my car hit by their driver. Now my car is in their workshop for repair. Since last 2 days i am the one who is continuously calling them for the status but i am not getting any update. Pathetic service......one must consider other service providers instead of Arya Tata Gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went there for a service issue- I was told 2-3 hours, ultimately job was done in 2 days after lot of escalation and followups.
Subsequently, trying to book for service but this service center is always busy with no available appointment. The receptionist is rude and will ask you to find service center elsewhere.
If Tata is reading this review, they should get another service center in Gurgaon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the attitude of staff. Completely ignored my complaint, went for first free service. Infact they didn't wash it properly and parked vehicle in dust in one open parking. Never suggest anyone to go for paid services, outside plethora options available, kindly opt that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having tata hexa from last four service which had done by Arya motors they are not able to resolve one every time they says drop vehicle we will see but could not resolve and charge huge money for sevice last service they had charged 1.25 lac still not a single problem is resolved and did not receive calls or entertain and ask for more money really fed up with this one of the worst service station of tata. Complaint many times to tata customer care they also not resolving any issue

I am being cheated … they charged for wheel balancing and alignment and fit not touch it , did not update my software it’s still showing pending service and I am getting reminders everyday… they did not even properly wash the car. You are a disgrace to TATA. Rating 1 out of 10. They did not even bother to take the reviews because they know what kind of service they have done

You need to book a slot way ahead if you wish to visit the service centre. Also, since they have a heavy load of cars for service, the service is of inferior quality.
I tried contacting them and they gave a slot for service that was after 5 days!
Won't recommend visiting the center. Rather, try other Tata authorised centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to do your tata vehicle service. I got the chance to visit this place for my Tata motors vehicle service. As per my experience all the staff members are polite and helpful. Overall experience was good. They have perfect waiting room for you. The timing for service is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM but vehicle service process will start from 10:00 AM near about. You have to book your service slot through calling to tata help desk after that they will give you time accordingly visit. The beauty which I liked it. They have assigned one specific person to you for your vehicle service when you have registered your slot with Tata help desk. So same person will help in agency when you will go there. By doing that no tension like who we have to contact etc. Thanks Tata for this service. Looking forward to visit this place if required.
