★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soon after their product is sold to you , they become complete strangers. Dont depend on their promises. Also Asus customer support sucks, much worse than lenovo. Their combination is lethal.

I have to wait exactly 4.5 hours for buying a mobile.
They just didn't care.
At last after buying, they even didn't give a bag for carrying the new mobile of cost 22k.
It's just unbelievable.
They should learn hospitality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot mark negative so giving one star to the store. When you come to purchase a laptop in the store people would be to sweet and nice to you and they will show all the possible courtesy to you. But when once the sales is done they flip completely. Agent sold the laptop without educating properly. When went back for the solution to the store, they behaved badly and unprofessionally. They also charged for the part which they added to the laptop unadequately heigher then the market price. Feel cheated.
Be aware of these fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dell laptop from this shop but unfortunately it was a bad one . The person said that the cpu speed can be boosted from 2.3 GHZ to 3.4 GHZ on INTEL PENTIUM GOLD processor . I think all the people there ,is mentally ill. On the call I they said that any laptop brought from their store can be replaced and returned . But after I requested them to take my dell "which I bought from their store" and return me the whole amount of money ? that I invested to buy the laptop ,they said that they will only give me 50% of the money that I invested even when the laptop in in warranty . But that is not the rule ?. They also gave me a 2nd hand product . In the laptop instead of Dell battery there was a LG company battery. I will prefer you not to buy anything from this store not even a laptop bag. They are cheaters and try to Increase their business. They sell 2nd hand laptop and say that it is a fresh laptop. They commit one and do the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laptops that are sold by the shop are mostly defective pieces. I will guarantee that 9 out of 10 laptops sold are defective and will start having issues within 3-4 days of purchase.
Better buy online or buy from Exclusive stores or large branded stores such as Reliance Digital or Croma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anonymously without revealing my popularity I visited tomorrow and buy an laptop like a other common public so I'm sharing my experience and what i observed. I visited this place via seeing a youtube videos recommendation but my experience was not horrible or worst but below average. My laptop online price is 55k but i purchased around 60k.
Pros: before payment behaviour is ok ok type
Cons:
* Before purchase they promise if i buy laptop offline and in thr store they gave me 5 years warranty and wireless mouse free but in bill didn't mention that i msg also but no reply and come to mouse they told me right that time they don't have any mouse can you believe you've to claim yourself student ID can mandatory for that blah blah.
* I saw another customer they are feel harras by that shop a lady with her daughter they're also brought new laptop few days ago and some problem shows in that laptop so several time they visited but nothing helps they're also very regreting for purchase laptop from that sho
* If you know what you need they told you not available and show others products and wasted your time and absolutely ending time they'll show you your decided product and price will be telling high for example i know what i need online price is 55k they told this is old one not available check this that price also tell less at last they show your decided product with higher price in comparison to online for me they charge 60k as i earlier mentioned they told me if i brought from that store offline they'll gave me 5 years warranty and wireless mouse free but after payment there behaviour and priority change towards you they told you Mouse is out of stock and tell you need to have student ID card and claim online they 1st didn't mention you for mouse you need student ID card.
Fun fact is during purchase i show an iphone13 offer so i made my mindset after pack I'll also buy iPhone 13 from that store but after payment and see other customers frustration i changed my mindset.
So overall for now I'll suggest don't buy anything from that shop this is genuine review and experience
I'll visit few days later about this warranty things whatever discussion I'll update here
