★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience is very bad,not so good actually. When I visited the store to buy a laptop, their sells representative of Acer told me about their products,but then I decided to go for dell laptop and after listening that all of a sudden he behaved with me in a really cold(!!!!!l) indifferent attitude. And then while the billing process was going on they said that there system was down at that time and promised me to send me the original bill in my email id,but they send me a wrong bill after that. After repeated phone calls they didn't bother to send the original bill of my laptop. Nevertheless, as the pudding of the cake of inconvenience, they actually sold me the dell vostro model( I wanted the inspiron 14 laptop). I am not so much experienced in laptop domains,thats why I didnt know that the variant name is written on below side of laptop. But accidentally after few days when I checked my laptop, I noticed this. Is it really worth it,after so much inconvenience, think about it yourselves people before going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: The store is really good with a very wide range of laptops and accessories to choose for. I bought my laptop from here and the workers are really very polite and patient TILL BEFORE YOU BUY THE PRODUCT.
Cons: The post customer service is extremely bad, no support and miserable behaviour when asked for clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a Laptop from here. After bill the behaviour is too bad. They always give you wrong information about products to make you fool and confused. After buy a Laptop from they don't even want to check your Laptop infront of you. And you get the result of you system with lots of problems. So you can really what does it means. It is a real and pathetic experience of mine. Now if wants to buy products from them then it your choice.
