★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the service centre with an issue where my mobile was not booting up it was getting stuck on Vivo screen. After making me wait for 3.5 hrs the technician said the motherboard of my mobile is damaged and it would cost INR 11000 get fixed . When I said I would prefer buying a new phone instead of paying 11K for this old phone he slowly came down to INR 2000..LOL!
When I said...ok please fix it...he asked me to keep my phone with them for a day and then they will try to do a software update...if that works I would not have to pay 2000 bucks also it would cost much lower than that but I will loose my all data.. I took my phone back and went to the local repair shop...the guy did the hard reset my phone and guess what! My phone started working ...!!
Please do not trust these technicians of the service center they rob people!! Horrible service...never gonna buy VIVO ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great experience....i have Vivo v23 5g phone....and its screen was cracked....i thought they will charge 7.5k+GST bt as soon as they checked my purchasing date they inform me that i have a offer to replace my screen on one time for just rs999.... Bt when i have purchased the phone I haven't knew about this offer at all.... So they are very humble to say this offer to me and charged only 999 and it takes 35mintues to replace the screen....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen a service centre which have a little experience but seen a lots of customers, they are not so happy but happy as they are waiting but have lots of hope in there mind because everyone has a lots of patience to get a new one not only working but also a fresh experience..
Also all staffs are so friendly though had a lots pressure of work and they are trying their best...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to replace my phone’s battery. Waiting time 1 hour and then when my token arrives the attendant told me they first test my phone for about 1.5 hours and there is also a chance of losing data due to battery check and replacement, hope the person who is now reading this comment must get the whole idea that what kind of bogus service they are offering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They donot want to solve the problem, they just solve prob with money . I purchased new phone and facing voice issue but they simpley deny to accept and harrase me for waiting w hours two days,. Actually problem in phone but the refuse to accept

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A centre of scamsters masquerading as an authorised service centre of Vivo and damaging the reputation of a good brand. Had to wait with wife and kid for two hours and made quite a few observations the topmost being that it is ONLY interested in quoting every service as chargeable, even if handsets are under warranty and supposed to be repaired free of cost! Crooks of the first order!!
