★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder Bharth reddy is worst guy...don't go ever in future products, stay away guys. I had very bad experience this project, they are not clears the PRE EMI dues, bankers daily calling and irritating . i can't get any loan emergency purpose. also. CIBIL, effecting. this guys are not responding call.they don't bather customer, wariest service.please be aware. also, Paras and ashis also there team, this guys, i can't able to tell there repose. stay away . who ever facing same issue, plan you self. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought one of the first flats in the entire project and that too in 2017. Mine is in J block (last one). India Bulls too was one of the initial financier but they pulled out in 2017 itself so those were taken over by YES Bank. Now with YES Bank scandal, i am not sure if it will ever be completed. As a matter of fact, I don't even know how many blocks they completed. The pictures posted are of A and B during construction in 2015. Sq Yard is another partnership not worth mentioning anymore. Their reputation is tarnished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aryan hometec is a worst builder as golden Arena project is concerned. They are not paying bank pre emi which is pending from last 15 months. They are not able to complete the work committed by them neither they are unable to achieve balance loan account from the bank. Bharat Reddy, the owner is absconding and the office staff are also missing. Now banks are charging interest and compound interest to customers and they never want to fund the balance amount instead they want to charge us.
This project is going to be a greatest scam after dreamz builders.I urge all customers to book this person under law before it is too late ,since our cibil record is tampered, we are the ones who are suffering.
All customers should gather at the project plot and raise complaint at attibele station. Dear all,
Once again I am back with review of Aryan golden arena. Now Bharath Reddy is again fooling us that he is obtaining fund from other source to complete the project. The bank dues are accumulating every day, it seems like we have bunch of land thieves who wants to grab our hard earned money to be wasted for no reason.
None of you should pay the pre-emi as Bharath Reddy is feeling that he is smart and be loyal only to ex-servicemen.Where the payments are regularly paid to bank of ex-servicemen team. All customers of this project must unite together to fight legally against Bharath Reddy. This project is heading no where. Cibil scores are screwed up, financial support has lost from all corners. Can someone suggest me how to move ahead with Aryan team. Expecting support from all miserable customers.

So this is under process as an 2021 march.
According to the construction process i think it will take another more then 2 and half year.
