★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is almost an end of the city where this apartment is located. Keeping that in mind I would rate it as a reasonably well built apartment with impressive club house facilities. Though now a days this area has grown very substantially. Just adjacent to the apartment a small bazaar has come up where you can have almost everything for routine life. Other day I had gone towards that side in search of a bouquet and luckily I got to find a florist shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good appartment with almost all amenities including swimming pool, gym, badminton court, table tennis board and in-flat grocery store. Everything is good and probably it is the best appartment in and around attibele. Parking facility, generator facility during power cuts and 24 hours water makes this a better choice. Further more to add on there is the kids playing area, cricket ground and much more. Overall its one of the best appartment in Attibele.

Even the interior compound is quite spacious.
All sorts of amusement infrastructure has also been built like football ground, cricket field, multiple swimming pools, and a club house for all sorts of indoor games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s on the main road easy to locate ,very spacious apartments full of greenery around apartment flat are spacious made with good ventilation fresh air and enough light inside flat evening feels like staying away from city in a kind of village view from flat towards lake is marvellous…many birds around pigeon and crane all over…only concern is hospital and supermarket are far away distance.
