★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phase 1 flats are good looking and satisfactory. The only problem is the inmates are allowed to raise dogs and cats. These dogs keep barking day-in & day-out leaving the neighbors frustrated. They also cause intolerable smell. The complaints are received with deaf ears

Good community! lot of shops nearby! the security personals are very helpful and humble!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful pace to live which is conveniently located on a state highway, all stores for your daily needs like Grocery, Vegetables, super Market, a Milk Vendor , Fast food, Bakery, Gift and Furniture shops are at stone throwing distance, a Fuel station just Outside the apartment is like jewel on the crown.
A scenic lake in front of this apartment which hosts variety of Migratory Birds is a blessing in distance
For those who always seek divine help , a Hanuman temple is just at a walking distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good community, but it's budget apartment suitable for retired people. View from balcony is a wall in some apmts. Better to have your own vehicle if residing here as the connectivity by bus might be difficult or would require many bus hops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best apartment around this area. Good security and safety measures. Visitors not allowed without the approval to the main gate security. This apartment located in very peaceful atmosphere. Apartment backside view was awesome from balcony. Fully greenery.
From Attibele it’s around 2 kms. Parking facilities also very good both for owners and visitors. Separate individual parking allocated for each flat. Children’s play area and well maintained garden also there. Swimming pool also active and well maintained.
Only drawback is public transport. Bangalore railway station is almost 45 kms from here but Hosur railway station is near can reach in 15 to 20 mins and to reach airport it I’ll take minimum 3 hours. Uber not available from here. Ola available but very rarely. If someone not depending on public transportation then this apartment is perfect.
Overall it’s a good apartment with all facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here for almost 3 years now. Its a highly maintained society with all the mordern amenities. Tight security. Its a calm locality away from the hustle of the city. The only disadvantage I feel here is its distance from the Airport.(almost 72km)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Apartment, located in road side of State Highway, Biddaraguppe, opposite of Essar petrol pump. There is children's park in front of Phase 1. There is swimming pool and gym in this apartment. Calm and good environment. There is a lake near this apartment. Pollution free place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most spacious and lit society in nearby areas. The price is really competitive and good. All amenities are excellent.The garden area and open spaces are it's best bet apart from the building look. The society is fully secured with cctv cameras and all modern equipments like boom barriers for authorised entry to My gate. One of the best society to live in in this vicinity.
