★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably, the worst place to reside in the attibele location. There wont be any power, no proper maintenance, the special thing to be mentioned is there won't be power morning 9:00 to evening 6:00pm. In the month of july there in no power for 1 week. even though transformers has been installed, but no use of it. S.T.P system does not work properly and the concern maintenance won't respond for this statement. For 9 floors of the massive building only 1 lift works properly out of the 8 (6 HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET), because of the issues between the builder and land owner, residents are suffering a lot. Especially, there exists a person on the building, who robs all the money in the form of maintenance and power bill.

One of best medium budget apartments situated on Attibele Sarjapur main road with electricity,water,security and other amenities with separate walls which give us very good ventilation.
AFS is surrounding by bellows :-
-Orchid international school within 400 meters and many other good schools in 1 KM.
-Super markets(big market, family market),restaurant(Athithi grand) & many more within 400 meters.
-Attibele bus stand within 800 meters.
-Many medium hospitals within 1 KM and Narayana 8 km far from AFS.
-Satellite Town Ring Road construction has already started ,which will give easy connectivity to the airport via Sarjapur, Whitefield, Hoskote.

Situated on Sarjapur-Attibele main road, 800mts walkable distance from NH Bangalore-Chennai. 100mtrs to two major shopping malls of Attibele. Attibele's biggest Proposed hospital all set to come exactly opposite to AFS. Hotels, vegitable shops, banks, Maruti showroom etc... all essentials available within 200mtrs radius. Main Road widening with double road is also under progress.
Especially AFS having it's own borewell for water needs as basic and essential amenity. All 324 flats having individual electricity meters. Other amenities like children play area, Centrally located beautiful swimming pool, wide open space for walking, huge vehicle parking space, very wide entrance. If i need to tell about individual flats, no common walls-very wide space between adjacent flats, so full fresh air breezing, proper vaastu compliant interior.
At the outset AFS is now improvised quickly to become great place to live.
