★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rather had a very bad experience here. There is a man named "Umesh" who is very ill mannered. He does not have even the basic etiquette to speak to ladies....he is a foul mouth person....he is having some association role but he thinks as he is some government IAS officer. Very very bad mannered person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad behaviour of the president of the apartment "umesh yadav" , yes , you have a position and some rules but that doesn't allow you to humiliate your own staff as well as your tenants. Abusive language , too much of bad attitude and no respect at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ease of accessibility and ambience, all flats are spacious and well ventilated, I purchased a flat 6 months ago and this seems to be the best decision
Also, after the owner's association has taken over the maintenance, the apartment complex is getting better day by day.
Amenities includes, swimming pool, gym, indoor games, a mini party Hall, basement parking and lots of good neighbors
Sarjapura main road is just a 2 min walk and there are numerous eat outs n supermarkets within a km
