★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: This area is prone to everyday power cut for up to 12 hours. This is what I am observing everyday/night from last four months, and there is no generator in this apartment for back up, so you are literally living in dark everyday, day and night.
Pros:
1. Equidistant from Whitefield, ORR, electronic City
2. Nearby bus stop which has good connectivity
3. Reasonable rent
Cons:
1. No power backup. Only common area has backup. This makes life hell.
2. Only tanker water, which is very hard water which will bald you.
3. Children play area is small, equipment are very bad, and sand has turned into cement mud.
4. Parking car can get tricky as pillars are everywhere in basement.
5. No other amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a very few apartments in Bangalore has 4 bedroom duplex units with 2 private terraces. This is one of them!. View is really good from the terraces. It has good construction quality also. This apartment has two entrances - one from Sarjapur road and the other from Kadagrahara road. Many international schools are nearby (Very close to Indus international school). This connects Sarjapur/outer ring IT offices on one side(via 4 lane road) and ITPL via a Varthur lake. This apartment costs (and rental) are like the Sarjapur town's but the accessibility and grandness are truly Bangalore. This is right on the 4 Lane road that connects to outer ring road. Go see it. Truly a hidden gem.
