★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been a huge delay and hence a lot of money blocked in my pre EMI interest which they promised to pay and wewere initially paying. now they promise to adjust it in registration. The apartment pricing seemed to be value for money for me hence I booked 2 in golden arena. Fingers crossed.

This location very fast moving development area and also this budget price good compare with other's. Shortly our investment get good growth. Near by lot of development's going on. Now ready to move possession, Nice builder (Mr.Bharath reddy)with good understanding. i am Very satisfied with the site

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder that I have ever seen. The biggest problem is no response from the builder. I have tried all the communication channels, email, phone, messages, and facebook, but there wasn't any response. I would strongly recommend everyone not to go with this builder.
I have purchased a villa #27 at Aryan Grand Residency. It was agreement Nov 2010 and registered on July 2011. Since then they took 2 years to complete the construction, it was completed on last quarter of 2013 with poor quality of the construction. In 2015, the house is full of dampness and when I tried to contact the builder there wasn't any response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My decision for going with this builder is superb. I am a NRI and I had booked an unit in Fountain Square. I am in India now on a personal trip and visited the project. I am surprised to see all the specifications have got upgraded. The windows are UPVC instead of normal aluminum. The tiles are all 2×2 and fittings of bathroom and kitchen are of good quality. I am completely happy with Aryan and I when i inquired the prices now I have got a good appreciation also. Kudos Aryan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aryan Golden Arena::The project is already late 1.5 years and 1 year as per RERA.There has been a huge delay and hence a lot of money blocked in my pre EMI interest which builder promised to pay and hence we were initially paying. now they promise to adjust it in registration but i doubt as builder(Bharat Reddy) is absconding and bankrupt..I formed whatsapp group-already 10 people joined it join .mail me your name,phone number and flat no at [email protected] .I dont think this project will complete even by 2025.

A very cunning n worst builder
reviews are by there own team they are not genuine.
No one bothers to answer the call my pre emi outstanding is 4.5lac now since December 2018 nothing has been paid.
I had booked a flat in February 2016,i was promised of handing over by 2017 December nothing has happened till now, no bloody fool even bothers to attend calls.
I request everyone not to get into this cheaters trap. I have sent a cancellation mail even no response.
