★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will forget you after sales. Many times even though Sri.Ravi Shankar owner was inside, they avoided me, saying he will only come to apartment for solving issues, but never came. They promised cauvery water in sale deed but they are yet to get it for us though mentioned in sale deed. So please be careful and do not trust what they say, One sri.ravindra is extremely smart in convincing you please do not believe. Good Luck Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really agree with your article, I had purchased flat from Shivaganga Eshaan and now I am struggling.
I strongly recommend not to buy flats from them. The marketing executives are very sweet in the initial stages until you make half payment. After that nobody responds on any issues.
I had to literally follow up on every small thing while the flat was being constructed. Their engineers are inexperienced and don't know anything about the construction industry. Moreover, we have to follow up 10-15 times for a small work to get done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken flat a year ago still many things are pending and no one is responding whenever flat owners are reaching builders. Still car parking allotment, second coat painting to building and many small works are pending to be completed even though all flats àre sold. Whenever we go they say they will close within next week but same story continuing from last 6 months. Really getting frustrated with thia builder
