★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited urban ladder showroom for experiencing some of the seating for office. Not many options available in the showroom. Some furniture available are not in stock. Even in the experience center, they depend on their online store, which we could have done at home. The main purpose of experience center is not satisfied here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tired!! I have purchased a sofa and the delivery dates keeps on changing . Even though the original deliver date was committed by the company 15 days ago, still they don’t stand up to their commitments. Numerous calls to their customer care and then delivery teams haven’t been able to produce any positive result . Asking to speak to a manager , doesn’t help as the customer care doesn’t route to responsible person . Very bad decision to trust them on this order . Still struggling to get a date commitment for order T460387130

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of a kind experience store. I have bought Sandon storage Bed, Doris dining chair and cushions from the experience store. All the customer service personnel are helpful, have complete information about the product and also suggest best furniture if you show them any product with which you are trying to match.
The selection for dining sets are not much, you get around 4-5 pairs at most but the split pricing for each furniture is really helpful as you can create your own combination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from this merchant. We bought one king size bed and it thankfully it came on time. During installation we found that the product was faulty, it had 2-3 issues. So the replacement request was made. It has been over 2 weeks and there is no update... We tried calling store manager and customer care, they all say they will provide update in 24 hrs but no use. Urban ladder people, please stop harrassing people when you already have charged hefty money from them. Order id: T453285891

Guided me really well about all items, helped me in knowing all specifications. She dealt with me very patiently and regularly from choosing to ordering the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visit to this showroom was very good. Especially one sales team lady, Kavita was very friendly, and courteous. She made sure that our purchase, delivery and installation of our bed and mattress was very smooth and quick. She was patient enough to listen to our requirements and was very cooperative in making our request happen and on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was setting up my new apartment in Bangalore when I started looking out for furniture.
I explored options like Ikea, home centre, wakefit, etc to finally decide to go ahead with Urban Ladder.
My complete buying experience was such a bliss. Right after entering the showroom I was greeted with Mr Fasi. He was so easy to connect with. He understood my requirements and suggested me good products to go with my selection.
Once order was confirmed, it was time for delivery. It was long one week of patience.
After delivery, the next day, the installation team came and installed all my furniture.
And my whole family absolutely fell in love with it.
