★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never ever think to stay this pg. no hygiene at all. This Pg staffs like Jogindra Somendra and owner Mr. Bhagirath not at all professionals. I was the Pg resident in 2019 June. They kept 20 pharmacy student in hall and room without any prior notice. When we asked, they told we will ask them to vacate. Around 25 days they stayed until unless their exam get over. Life was like hell. They are very rude and unprofessional people like mr. owner and his relatives who runs this pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good accomodation in a very good place beside railway track...Mr. Owner Bhagirath Uncle ji so well mannered, good person whenever any small problem is there in room he fixed it asap...service is very good three times food pick up drop facility....I got somendra man singh such a very helpful supportive very well mannered brother, Lala my very lovable sweet close friend take care of me always....cooker his idly is very good ...price is cheap reasonable water availabilty transport is very good.....all in one really such a great place to stay I felt like mine home....I recommended people to stay in Aryan Residency.....

Neither the staff nor the owner have etiquette to talk the owner bhageerath is such a cheap person who took the deposit money while i came to this pg but when i was leaving the pg he clearly denied to give the amount not only this he also verbally abused me and pushed me i also have the recordings of this such an immodest person he is and the flat is worst
It's so unhygienic you won't get any facilities here the wifi does not work the cleaning staff come once a week and for the entire week they don't even broom the room there's nothing in the name of security here water also doesn't come many a time and the staff here drinks every night and misbehave with the students residing there after getting frustrated from all of these i finally decided to leave the pg and while leaving also they show their cheap mentality
What else could i say i would never suggest anyone to get trapped here there are so many other good PGs here better than this never keep this pg as an option NEVER COME TO THIS RUBBISH PG
