★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest not to book with this agency ever,i booked a trip through them to kerela and it was a pathetic experience of being there.Driver was the most indisciplined and ill mannered i have ever seen in my life.Even after complaining to Mr. Shantanu and yogesh they hardly bothered about changing the car/ driver.We paid for etios and was provided with swift desire,i requested them to change the same as we paid for etios.The sightseeing which was given as the part of package was also not given ,driver was very much commission based,every where it has comission he used to take us and used to be very happy but wherever it used to be free / he doesnt doesnt gets commission he gets annoyed.Citeing an example he took us to a tea factory rather than tea meuseum and forced us to pay 200 per adult and when we denied he drived so harshly.I request please dont go with them ever.Your life is so precious.
