★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited review: the owner blatantly lying that we have not paid full amount. Really? We clearly said that we will pay remaining amount by credit card and You said that you will collect remaining money once we reach delhi. But you havent shown up, you were not even available on phone when we needed the most. We have paid all the money as your operations team said, if you want additional money, let me know i willl transfer but do not lie. Learn to accept criticism in life, otherwise you will not succeed.
Also this owner is threatining to file a police complaint because we wrote a review. A very good way to deal with the clients. Keep it up
The positive comments here doesnt appear to be genuine ones. We had a painful experience with this planner. They had issues with vehicle owner and due to this the vehicle was stopped in the middle of the road with kids and families untill the payment was cleared. They are huge scam and doesnt know how to run the business. Ms Reeta, the owner doesnt attend your calls once you make the advance payment even though you are dying she doesnt seem to care. My humble request, stay away from these planners. They are useless

Recently my relative also showed their cheating experience with all relevant proofs, really I shocked for their cheating. Please travellers don't choose this agency, Your trip will be completely dissoppointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Guys, WORST PLANNERS, CHEATERS IN EVERYTHING, NEVER TRUST THEM, BELOW IS THE DETAILED REVIEW, BP increases and OLD PEOPLE MAY GET HEART ATTACK.
I am not a guy who share much reviews on the internet but Incredible planners have forced me to do it, they dont worth 1 star but google wont allow without it to write a review.
Our have scheduled a planned trip to Shimla and Manali with our closed friend family Sandeep(total members: 6 members including 2 kids with less than 8 years of age) and the agreed amount for the plan is 91K(4 star accommodation, vehicle from start to end trip) excluding flight tickets, for which 15k need to be payed in advance through bank transfer and remaining through Credit card.
Finally trip started on April 23rd, 2022 and Cab driver received us in Delhi airport and made us to walk almost 2 kms to the car, and drove us to Shimla resort which rates only 2 star but resort staff are good. Next day trouble starts, cab driver will stop vehicle on the road with kids and ladies in the car as INCREDIBLE PLANNERS have not payed amount to cab service….this continued 3 times all together on isolated places where I got scared about the kids and family and talks in not understandable hindi(we are from south INDIA)
Whenever cab stopped we tried to reach Ms. Reeta but she never attended calls and her staff replied she is on vacation on Bangkok, what I didn’t understand is: SHE ENJOYED IN BANGKOK BUT WE SUFFERED IN MIDDLE OF THE ROAD WITH FAMILY SCARING IN UNKNOWN PLACE……will continue review of Manali stay in the next review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. i doubt if the posiive comments here are genuine ones. We booked a trip to shimla-manali from delhi and its a 8 nights 9 day package. we were quoted 91k and we havent negotiated even a single rupee but all we said is we need a hassle free experience. our initial agreement was to pay 15k in cash and rest with credit card which we made it very clear. The owner reeta was initially very responsive and the movement we paid advance she is gone. We had lot of problems with driver where they had stopped the vehicle on the road because they havent got any payment from planners. We have small kids and we were stopped on the road 3 times and said vehicle will not move forward unless payment is done which is very pathetic and we had to follow up with these guys to make a payment to vehicle owner which is done on the last day of trip. their operations team is also of no use and ms reeta was busy in enjoying her holiday on bangkok and never called back even after we tried with multiple messges and calls to her.
Trust me DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE JUST A SCAM . pls email me or call me if you need any details but stay away from these planners.

Many thanks for arranging this tour, had a wonderful time out for the last 11 days, we will cherish this trip all through our life. No words in thanking two names Kanhaiya & Harpreet, they took care of us throughout the journey and need to specially mention Kanhaiya for his exceptional patience and driving skills through the difficult roads to Manali, hats off to him.
Only downside I should mention is about the Hotels in Jaipur & Delhi. Reaching Sarovar was pathetic, the day we travelled from Chandigarh it was almost 12 am for us to check in ☹ and horribly power kept going quite frequently. Regenta Central Hotels at all the other places was extremely good.
Thanks once again for this memorable trip.
