★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The builder will ask you for cash of around 10 - 15 lakhs.
2. The attitude of the builder is like if you don't have cash you don't buy.
3. A 2 bhk flat of 1260 is costing around 65 lakhs. But they will mention only 55 lakhs at the time of agreement. The rest 10 lakhs being cash component, they will not mention it anywhere. So as per the agreement your property valuation will be 55 lakhs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good planning and well organized!!! Both the builders are very cooperative nd supportive.They have their own set of rules which are very well followed. The building is planned and built as per the norms without deviating any rules against the Govt.
This project includes swimming pool and badminton court along with party hall and gymming room.
