★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunrise hospital is excellent treatment done ,under instrution of dr raju shet sir is very good dr i ever seen he his very capable in treating patients under diffrent dr surgeons concern for that perticular case .
I rate 5star he deserves it . We got good treatment fir covid 19 he saved my parents aged .me and my brother ,he his god to us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience for the treatment of my wife and I had to decide to move my wife to a better hospital (Aster RV ). I think that was the best decision I have made in my life, else my wife wouldn't be alive.
She was affected with Covid 19 pnemonia and she had entered Sunrise Hospital when Spo2 level was 90. List of incidents which made me realise Sunrise Hospital is not a good hospital.
1. Seeing the CT scan, the nurses told my wife "the whole lungs are gone". This info shouldn't be disclosed to a patient who was struggling to breathe. Nurse/doctor should've maintained integrity.
2. Doctor told me "she would need ventilator support eventually and she may/may not survive" and asked me to sign off a consent letter.
3. Hospital asked for 1 lakh deposit. From this, I understood this hospital is not doing any health services for betterment instead each patient is a prey, they will butcher you and leave you with nothing in your hands.
Please think again when you are in a verge to handover your loved ones to this hospital. I recommend you to go for well established hospitals, their treatment charges might be expensive, but you will get your loved ones back in a healthier condition.
I'm sure seeing this comment hospital officials would comment asking for the patient name ,that kind of data integrity they maintain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors , nurses and the entire hospital staff are very friendly and helpful . My Dad was in the ICU for nine days and every single doctor and nurse in the ICU unit spoke to him and encouraged him and treated him with respect and kindness . For this , I am extremely thankful ! The receptionists were also very polite and helpful whenever I needed their help . The owners were understanding and kind enough to admit my Dad when he was in dire need of treatment . A big thank you to all the hospital staff for carrying out their duties every single day ! Once my Dad was shifted to the ward , the nurses there took very good care of him as well ! The hospital is always kept clean which is extremely important and the staff in carge of that department do their job periodically and whole heartedly ! My experience at Sunrise hospital was very good given my Dad's condition and the fact that he was there for fourteen days with such good care . Keep it up and God bless every single one of you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Very poorly trained doctors and staff (start of addmission to discharge). Never go for emergency support services. They bill you for tests never done and put all sundry charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother in law had to be admitted and we found a bed in Sunrise. The Doctors are excellent and the staff in the hospital were very good & caring. I was in Canada and able to talk to them on the phone. The Hospital staff were always answering my phone and providing information. I was able to talk to them over Calls, Whats app and stay connected. Indeed happy with the way my Mother in law was treated & taken care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would REQUEST patients to never go to this hospital, they hv the most inexperienced doctors and such bad staff. I had taken my nephew to the orthopaedic doctor who made a complete wrong diagnosis, he said my nephew just suffered frm a minor airline fracture n put a pop n sent him bk home, i wasted three weeks of his treatment n the fourth week wen v went fr n xray n second opinion to Specialist Hospital in Kalyanagar under Dr Prashanth v saw the scan n he had a severe bone break n not an airline, v had to again remove the pop n put a new version.
They wasted our time n the child had to bear so much pain fr such a long tym
Either the license has to be cancelled fr such hospitals or they hv should have no patients visiting them.
