★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst hospital. They charge 100/- for registration if patient previous registration was more than 3years old. I had never seen this kind of policy in any hospital. During first visit the registration is required. Why it will expires in 3 years?. If patient lost the card you can charge. Before NHBC accreditation the hospital was charging. Sometimes they do enter wrong mobile number and next if patient visits and mention mobile they say not registered ? and charge again. Here for the mistake by receptionist patient need to pay....just suck money how much ever possible way....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unfriendly staffs and all sectors (doctors) as well here. Not very happy with their billing section. Always late. Minimum time patient needs to spend is 30minutes in billing itself. When went for recall visit, inspite we say billing is getting done by another family member (husband) and let's start procedure ( wax blockage removal) they expect first bill to be done. Like imagine i being a doctor itself this is the case, so general patients though gone case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital in the vicinity, all the doctors and nurses are very good and caring. I had a laproscopic appendectomy surgery recently and got discharged the next day, Dr. Maruthesh Gowda is a great doctor, i really liked how he approached the issue as i was having severe stomach pain when i went to see him. Facilities can be improved like the room quality and also the reception staff. Overall i had a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a long pending review, My father had gastro issues and after doing my own research we decided to go with Koshys multi-speciality Hospital. Honestly the service at hospital was good, all staffs were super friendly and very cooperative, I should specially mention staff nurse Juliet, nurse Sharon, nurse Preethi who took good care of my dad when he was admitted. Dad was in ICU for 3 days and their ICU was very well equipped, thanks to duty Doctor and nurses. Our time at hospital had been with ease, all because of a wonderful patient co-ordinator Ms. Pitchippoo, she is amazing, she would address all our queries and needs in the hospital. She makes sure to keep tab on every patient and get back to them timely. Overall had great experience.
Kudos to the Hospital and team, Dr Maruthesh Gowda is an asset to the hospital, such an amazing surgeon.
