Dr Krishna Kumar treated my cousins vishnu ulnar release in the right elbow surgery. He was soft in his approach. Explained the health condition in layman's terms. consultation with him was reassuring. Thanks. Insurance department is very helpful.

Came to visit dr Shivakumar. The doctor is good but his arrival is always late. Hospital management need to streamline it and start valuing the patients time.minimum waiting 90mins

Recently admitted for Covid treatment here ,would like to share my experience with all of you ! 1. Money is everything , Treatment is secondary for hospital management 2. Isolation ward is run by staff Nurses , No duty doctors are available there. For Emergency patients , This hospital is not recommendable 3. Patient who enters with pain exits with pain as I personally experienced that until money is settled (Insurance team delayed my claim settlement) hospital management didnt allowed to step out . If it comes humanity vs money , all commercial hospitals gives importance to money only 4. Duty nurse needs directions for treating patients , everything including treatment is handled over phone calls . Haven't seen duty doctor in isolation ward . 5. Morning visiting doctor visits for 5 mins and to my surprise , Gynecologist doctor is treating all Covid patients in isolation ward. I have visited many hospitals in the past for medical treatments but this hospital management , staff , account teams requires thorough skillful training to deal with patients. Overall conclusion : This should be last and least hospital option to be considered before admitting . If am spending 1 lakh for treatment then I expect quality/respectful/professional treatment rather just my case is dealt with wrong doctors and if money is given importance over treatment then I wouldn't dare to visit again !

This feedback is specific to Dr Shivkumar Orthopedic. Two visits in a gap of 12days his schedule always runs late which is about 1.5hrs to 2hrs. His slot is 5.30pm to 7.30pm slot he never arrives on time. Made us wait close to 1.5hrs on the first instance and second instance he never arrived and kept pushing our schedule by 30mins every half hour . Not a good experience overall with the response

The worst management.. in emergence only one MO doctor was available.. post x ray Inspite of waiting for 2 hrs.. ortho duty doctor on call didn’t respond to the hospital call. Had to leave without any medical care.wouldn’t suggest anyone to visit here for medical assistance.

I agree with the other posts in this forum. The wait time is definitely 1.5 to 2 hours. Sometimes there is no token system, people wait near the door and just enter without any intimation. This is my experience twice.
