★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello ASAL Your dosa batter quality is very badI would say hopeless. I had same experience two years and the post I used to use ID batter . For a change I again tried your batter i still find as bad as last time.
Please do a research on this and justfy the product.
Very bad un professional company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am proud to say that this is the way bread should be either brown or premium white 'A'grade and this is in Rajajinagar when every I eat bread in other locations even in some star restaurants I miss Asal bread - I request you to produce few sourdough bread as well - once in 15 days
plz plz plz do not compromise on quality the price is right the quality is right. you are helping this society to understand what quality is plz keep this as is you will be getting more and more customers over the years
Kindly ignore some folks who dose not understand the quality of bread they always think bread must be sweet ???? there are other brands for that you will get your customers eventually. I have been using your product over years trust me the quality is right - please advice the vendors not sell the batter products that is kept out side refrigerator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been buying the chapatis for a while and I must say that it is way better than ID. Fluffs up perfectly and is soft. Tastes like homemade chapatis, if not better. It's a saving grace since making chapatis everyday is a real pain!
The dosa batter tastes better than ID batter for sure and makes perfect dosas, however, does not rise enough when I make idlis. The idlis are flat and a bit dense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fan of Asal chapathis since the past 5years. Happy about the taste and quality.
Recently, I have noticed that you are coating the half cooked chapathis with flour. It is okay because it prevents the pieces from sticking together. Easy to handle.
But I find sometimes black particles in the flour. Once I found a 2inch long silvery thread with some dust.
So, you need to carefully supervise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 rd time bad experience with asal half cooked Malabar porotta....each time I buy it with atleast 3-4 days of extended expiry date & make sure that it's been cooked either in the same day or the very next day max. The last three times I found fungi when I open the packet and had to throw the full packet .It's really scary and request the authorised peopls to look in to this and take necessary action.
