The connections were easier, but I had issues in connecting the three phase timer initially, which was sorted out by their guidance through WhatsApp. Really a good product and good service too. The product was delivered in three days. Thanks to the company.

We liked the whole process starting from a detailed telephonic conversation to understand our requirements and also the valuable suggestions that were provided. Secondly, on the day of installation the service engineer was very polite and had patience to study the area of installation in detail. He made all the efforts to minimize any additional alteration work at the installation site. Post installation, the service engineer explained the usage process in detail and cleared all the queries we had.
Overall we are extremely happy with the Products and services offered by Naren Electrix Company and will definitely recommend it to my family and friends ?
