अनहोने हमें 7 बजे का अपॉइंटमेंट दिया हम 7 बजे पोहच गए लेकिन क्लिनिक बंद था और फोन भी कोई उठाओ नहीं कर रहा था

unfortunatly gave us an appointment at 7 o'clock we reached at 7 o'clock but the clinic was closed and no one was picking up the phone
we were far away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience doctor. She explains the case in detail and also the possible solution. They have very well managed clinic.. Assistant doctor takes the history then send you for physical examination if needed and then consultation with Dr. Kulkarni. Staff is also supportive. Kudos to the team for patient support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly qualified and experienced Dr Pratibha kulkarni. She listens patiently and advice sensitively. Also, she prescribe only necessary medicines during pregnancy. The BEST THING : SHE INSISTS AND TRIES FOR A NORMAL DELIVERY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel they are not following standards and best practices set by medical council and government rules.
1. They don't share diagnosis details and case paper with patient.
2. Always say we will share diagnosis information on next sonography, then say after next important sonography.
3. They do not follow guidelines set for prescription, gives us only test schedule and medicine in written.
4. Diagnosis information is not written on prescription. everything they wrote is on case paper, and this is used as tool for extortion of money by means of compulsive next appointment.
5. Import point to notice is, they accept money only in cash. No online transactions, not even UPI. In this difficult COVID time also.
6. I requested case paper as my wife was at her native place, that historical diagnosis data was important for next level diagnosis in pregnancy, but they denied. I took number of Pratibha mam from JustDial, she didn't responded, after reading my messages also. I wait for 1 week, hence plan to wrote my experience in this review.
