Mr. Praveen's ultimate aim to get get the deal and cheat more. He quoted actual amount at first. And later he added Fake insurance which has no benefits to the customer. then he adds more cost. The trouble was that he did not take any responsibility on the days of deliver , disconnected my call. Moreover he has instructed his delivery guy to get more money for the insurance, which did not ask for.
Had a real tough experience with Angel Packers (Praveen) and Movers based in Pune.Such unethical service though I had paid the entire amount beforehand as they urged for it before the start of cargo.They ceased My Sony Bravia 42" and it was kept in an office for 4 days. I had to give into their demands as my TV was in their hands. My things were in lying on the ground floor lobby whole night as the lorry din turn up.They din give the insurance which I wanted instead gave a class B insurance which did not cover the safety of my things. I had to speak to different people as the concerned guy in pune said u must talk to driver hereafter. And the transportation service was sublet to different people.. They never bothered to do unpacking. Though I was charged for both unpacking and rearranging. pl don go for Cargo service from "ANGEL PACKERS AND MOVERS"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Pravin, Owner is very rude and unethical person. He charged Rs. 900 with weight of 700gm for urgent delivery with promise of 2 days and courier still not delivered after 4 days. He has stopped responding to followup queries, messages, calls, emails. Also after first follow up he updated the status of tracking on website MANUALLY which is again not accurate. FALSE COMMITMENT, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. All I had asked him was to provide status, refund additional charges he took and deliver the courier as promised. BUT still NO LUCK.
