★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. No proper communication between their branches:
I went there for donating blood but before going I called up their provided number on Google Maps and receptionist said you can donate here. Upon reaching they said you cannot donate here and would need to visit other branch. Wasted my time.
2. Also, at the reception counter there was only one lady which was busy on phone. I was standing for 10 mins but she was not even looking at me.
3.They have very limited parking space in front of their gate.

They need to get some education over how to speak and behave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother knee replacement surgery went smooth. We are very thankful to Dr Abhijeet Agashe. All the staff and doctors took good care of my mother.
I am also very thankful to admin staff who helped us for insurance and billing formalities.
In short, it was good being in Sahaydri hospital Kothrud. Overall service was excellent and surroundings and atmosphere was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and arrogant people and ms amruta.unable to giving 0 star so giving at least one.They just charge money for doing nothing. Will never recommend this place to anyone.staffs misbehavior specially the billing staff First they will ask to pay full amount for deposit otherwise no admission there and if you pay then they will just charge unnecessary testes and medicine without informing patient relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just looting the money from patient who need treatment. I was recently got admitted and discharged within 1.5 days as the staffs misbehavior specially the billing staff, she literally asked the sister to wake up me when I was under sleep due to kept me on IV saline as I was on dengue treatment. But the billing staff and the doctor forced me to pay the advance as although I already paid the deposit and was waiting for my medical cash less claim. I am looking for the support to register the complaint against these staff and to the hospital.

My sister got a nose bleed in the middle of the night due to fever and dehydration. we went to sahyadri and they said it was dengue, that she had hypertension. everyone knows dengue suspicion needs at least 103⁰ fever, body pains and bones pain all over. she had a fever of 99⁰, only knee pain due to exercise, NO hypertension and an obvious minor headache we also live in an extremely clean and hygienic environment with zero dengue cases for numerous months.
The doctors also tried to get a signature on a blank form multiple times, bought over another doctor to convince us to admit her, just a ploy for money. As soon as we went home we provided her with cold compress, food and loads of water. That very night her fever decreased to 98⁰. Next day 1st thing in the morning we got a blood test done for dengue which came back negative.We then took her to a family doctor she gave her 1 energy drink powder and one tablet for fever and said she was just dehydrated and didn't have enough food. She was up and running in 2 days.
I request to the hospital and the doctors to please not give false diagnosis just for money as it puts the family members and the patient itself through alot of stress and tension. We don't need frauds happening at hospitals. What we went through was a highly horrible experience and we hope no one has to go through this.

Vaccine availability: Covishield only! Location: Good. Easy to find.
Parking: Available. You can also park your car in surround area.
Polite treatment.
Management: Good.
Treatment: Not sure. As i was there for vaccination.
Suggestion: For vaccination, if anyone is stuck with document or any necessary thing, please take the next person for vaccination. All people had to wait for around extra 20 minutes today. It could have been easily avoided.
Overall good experiance.
