★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is pathetic. They not follow there working hours specially in the closing time. The lady working on desk is rude and and disrespect without reason. They don't have even change to give back to customer. Highly disappointed by this DTDC center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware they try to charge you lot more than their original rates. I visited this branch yesterday to hand over 0.3 kg courier. The lady behind counter asked for 150 rs for Pune - Navi Mumbai courier saying it is 1 kg. I insisted and made her show me volumetric and dead weight rate chart then she came down to 120 rs. This was very unprofessional. Moreover if you book via shiprocker, nimbuspost or shyplite they charge you 33 rs only for such courier! But if you go tgere as an individual they charge at least 4 times the rates. Remeber this is nothing but looting. They have to be fair with customers. 33 and 120 has huge rate gap. No need to ship via branded courier if they play with us this way. Very bad experience. Won't use DTDC anymore.
EDIT: volumetric weight was (8×8×25) within 0.5 kg. Adding in response to another fake reply! Also stop assuming every customer is male specifically business customers are not gender specific dear DTDC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BRANCH!!! This branch is most pathetic and full of lazy staff. I book pickup service for my business and every time they agree to pickup from my location 2 buildings away. Even after a day or two nobody shows up! If you take the package to office yourself they do not offer business rates and charge 120 per 0.5 kg whereas pre determined rates by DTDC business (dotzot) are 33 rs per 0.5 kg! (Even volumetrically weight is under 0.5 for most of your couriers).
The lady behind the counter is arrogant and tries to charge 150 for 0.5 kg courier with 25×8×8 volume which is not as per DTDC standard rates. I have decided to avoid this branch from now on.
