★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a courier thru them..the quote given was not the same when their person from Chinchwad branch came to collect the parcel, he charged me excess amount.on complaining Mrs Sonali from Atlantic , Pune agreed to refund the excess money collected..but even after 13 days they are reluctant to make the payment inspite of my regular follow up..they are cheating people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atlantica International courir service is very worst service. My suggesion to everyone do not send any parcel by this courier service. I have sent some foods to my son at Germany on 25-1-2022 but after laps of 16 days it wasn't delivered. when I check the status it shows that shipment will be arrive Germany on 30.01.2022 . commitment was given by there agency that shipment will be deliver within 7-8 working days. As per their status the location shows Mumbai only after 8 days. On enquiry agency's reply is very worst that is we will send/return back your shipment. On next status it shows that shipment will be arrival Germany on 3.2.2022. The Atlantica International courir service is very worst service. My suggesion to everyone do not send any parcel by this courier service. After that it shows delay in custom clearance. on enquiry the reply from the agency that it will take 15-20 more days for clearance. When the agency is not capable to clear it within 2-3 days then why they are giving commitment that it will be delivered within7-8 working. Agency is foolishing the customers. My humble request to everyone not to belive there promise. The agency's online rates are diferent from they actualy charge. If anyone is sending something to there beloved one his loss is definetly . reach after 22 days and food items was wasted.
