★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely arrogant telephone operator lady. Zero co-ordination amongst the staff. My parcel has reached Pune 3 days back and still not delivered within the same city. It is just being transported from one facility to another. I even visited the outlet but still did not get it there God knows when I would get it. Plus the staff at this facility hardly answers phone calls. Never ever going for DTDC again
