One of the most overlooked population in India are street children. In Delhi NCR alone, we see thousands of street children wandering everywhere like nomads, in railway stations, bus stands, under flyovers, near-religious places, traffic lights etc.
Sadly, these children are often found to be begging, rag-picking, and selling small items in the streets.
Mother Teresa said, “The child is the beauty of God present in the World.” And at Asha Grih our endeavour is to bring hope, love, and care to these children in crisis. Let us join hands and work together to secure a child’s future.
