About HelpAge India
HelpAge India focusses on policy-related research on ageing issues, particularly on urgent concerns like poverty, isolation, and neglect. In emerging economies like India, ageing is one of the least understood phenomena. Hence, research is essential to understand the bio-medical and social aspects of Ageing. Its understanding would unravel the possible challenges that this would pose to the society at a whole and the possible solutions to most of these challenges.
HelpAge India’s extensive experience in the field informs the research efforts of the organisation. Efforts are made regularly to understand poverty in old age and how it can be alleviated. The other important aspect in this regard is the safety and security of the vulnerable elderly. Hence, every year, HelpAge India brings out the nuances of elder abuse prevalent in society.

HelpAge India is a leading charity in India working with and for disadvantaged elderly for nearly 4 decades. It was set up in 1978 and is registered under the Societies’ Registration Act of 1860. HelpAge advocates for their needs such as for Universal Pension, quality healthcare, action against Elder Abuse and many more at a national, state and societal level with Central and State governments. It advocates for elder friendly policies and their implementation thereof. It works hand-in-hand with Senior Citizens Associations understanding elder needs working with and for them.

Notice that helpage IndiaNGO which help elderly people who don't have enough money for their survival.
These guys are doing a great job.
Campus is also very good with greenery.
And people usually come here for social service like doing plantation drive and other stuffed.
The security guard is also doing great job check everything properly before giving permission to enter in the campus.

They rescue and treat the elderly who don't have enough money to get themselves treated or who are facing abuse (any form). They've written articles which you can check online or collect brochures from their main office. Every Monday, they visit different places in the NCR region with a team of physio therapists facing any kind of joint pain.
